About Us

Atinati is a Georgian amateur theater in the Netherlands. 

Atinati was founded by Tina Akhvlediani in 2020. Unfortunately she passed away before first premiere. After this tragic moment her daughters Natia and Baia Akvlediani are in charge of the theater. 

Atinati  unites group of enthusiastic Georgian emigrants, who wants to share their passion for theatre and Georgian culture with the Dutch and European public. 

With our performances, we want to share the rich culture and history of Georgia and continue the tradition of Georgian theatre. We bring both classical and modern plays to the stage, inspired by the various theatre styles from Georgia. We always play Georgian, but with Dutch or English subtitles. So in our performances you can hear Georgian language, music and choreography.
